in 1969, a group of North American investors acquired a portion of land of 58 million square meters, equivalent to 48 square kilometers of pure jungle in the extreme east of the Dominican Republic. Almost rectangular in shape, these lands have approximately 10 kilometers of seashore with numerous exotic white sand beaches and thousands of coconut trees, although without any type of access road.
